Our story
The Mariana's Coffee experience began in the Pacific Islands, shaped by a love for hospitality, local roasting, and a belief that Saipan could produce something truly special.
Order Coffee
From Mt. Tapochao
Mariana's Coffee began as an extension of Chuck and Ann Jordan's beautiful home in the Pacific Islands. They believed the elevation and climate on Mt. Tapochao in Saipan created favorable conditions for growing, roasting, and sharing coffee with a distinct island character.
In 2004, Chuck brought his freshly roasted beans to the Hyatt Regency hotel. After the chefs and general manager tasted the local roast, they knew they had found something unique. That moment led to the creation of the Hyatt Blend, a Mariana's Coffee roast that remains in production today.
Today, Mariana's Coffee stays true to the same ideal: carefully selected coffee, roasted with patience and purpose, so every cup feels worthy of the islands it came from.

The Hyatt Blend began in 2004 and continues as part of the Mariana's Coffee story.

Earth's Finest Coffee®
The Northern Mariana Islands are a beautiful chain of white sand beach islands in the Western Pacific. With a tropical climate that stays close to 82 degrees year-round, the islands offer a remarkable setting for coffee.
Mariana's Coffee is known for a rich golden crema and a smoothness unique to the islands. Combined with careful roasting techniques that help preserve moisture inside the beans, that freshness led to the creation of Earth's Finest Coffee®.
Island coffee heritage
Coffee has a long history in the Marianas, with plants grown during the Spanish and German eras and through the Japanese occupation of the islands in the 1940s. In hidden and remote areas, some of those original plants may still remain.
Since 2004, the founder's love for coffee has fueled Mariana's Coffee from the beginning. Today, we continue to encourage local coffee production while growing our own plants on the slopes of Mt. Tapochao, with the goal of creating coffee that belongs unmistakably to the Northern Mariana Islands.
At Mariana's Coffee, you can feel confident that every cup is carefully selected, carefully roasted, and prepared for you with pride.
